General Terms and Conditions

Important: The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date selected at the time of purchase. The voucher can be used only once.

The booking procedure is as follows

• The user selects one or more experiences on the website;

• Experience vouchers can be collected in two ways: 

  • home delivery (with purchase at least one week before use)

  • or pick up at the Lugano Region Info Point (Lugano Centro, via M. Magatti 6, Lugano). 

• The costs of the Experiences include VAT

PLEASE NOTE: For logistical reasons, home delivery is not offered for orders outside the European Union; vouchers can be picked up at our Info Point at Via Magatti 6 in Lugano. Upon completion of your order, our Info Team will contact you.

How to book the restaurant

Once you have purchased the desired voucher, you can proceed with the restaurant reservation with the following terms and conditions.

• To book your table and enjoy the purchased experience, you must call the restaurant directly at the number given on the website

• The reservation is subject to direct availability of the restaurant.

• You have to check also the further and additional conditions indicate by each single restaurants.

• All menus include the number of courses indicated for each experience and drinks are not included

• The tasting menu must be ordered for all guests at the table

• Voucher valid for one person at one of the participating restaurants

• Drinks and any extra dishes must be paid directly at the restaurant at the end of the meal

• The users are kindly requested to communicate any allergies or intolerances at the beginning of the meal or at the time of your reservation

• The user must hand in the voucher at the restaurant before sitting down at the table

Cancellation conditions

• Reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the start of the experience by calling the restaurant directly

• If the experience is cancelled in less than 48 hours, the restaurant will consider the voucher as used

• The voucher is valid for a maximum of 1 year from the date of purchase

• If you need a refund of your voucher (only for valid reasons) please write to product@luganoregion.com stating the voucher number and the reason for the request which will be taken over by Lugano Region

• Lugano Region only deals with sales and is not responsible for the services provided by the operators
